A thorough understanding of the existing home structure, along with an understanding of the new and applicable building codes, is required for a seamless blend of the existing structure and the new living areas. 

Is the family growing and now you need an extra bed room? Or maybe it the opposite, a young adult has moved out on their own, and now a room can be transformed into a large walk-in closet and a master bath remodel. 

Maybe you have a nice home that you really like, in the perfect neighborhood, the neighborhood your children grew up in, but there is just a couple of things you would like to change about your home. We would be happy to help with that as well, we can come to your home and take exact measurements of the existing home and then create a 3D rendering where the finishes can be changed and compared. 

For some of our customers the changes don't need to be made to the home, the change they want is to the area around the home. Outdoor living spaces have become one of the most sought after features in a home. Would you like to add an outdoor fireplace with seating around it?
